A personal message
Like many others I love technology
I always have, so please push aside any thoughts that I don’t appreciate the vast opportunities AI can
bring. I do, but having spent two years immersed in the AI bubble, I’d wager I know its power and
potential better than most.
But more critically, I also understand the vast danger that AI, on its present course, holds for us and
our society. The reckless race to develop and monetise AI will destroy our future and everything we
treasure. Knowing this makes watching the promotional tsunami encouraging humans to use AI and
entrench it further into our lives, particularly sickening. AI is the holy grail of greed, and this brochure
will highlight how technology has plunged our worst human traits to shocking new depths.
Showcasing examples of how AI will transform science, health, education and quality of life while
using AI to make humans commercially irrelevant is a blatant betrayal. Careers and millions of jobs
will go before AI cures disease. There is no point in improving education if qualifications don’t lead to
better jobs. But it doesn’t stop there. Having cloned our attributes to make AI appear human, the
industry has created a new digital master race built on knowledge, skills, and talents stolen from us.
Arguing about copyright is missing the point—pricing humanity out of the market prevents us from
using our most precious assets. That’s theft on a global scale.
The price we are paying
There is no value in a tomorrow where humans have no purpose or choice. A world where you can’t
use your skills and qualifications to earn a living, create wealth or make a difference to others. More
critically, the digital desert they’re building will destroy our economy and the value of our homes and
businesses, starve governments of tax revenues to support services, pensions, and infrastructure, and
deprive the world of the funds to fight climate change.
To add complication, it isn’t just corporate greed. A fast-growing open-source community, with China
leading the way, is further eroding humanity’s economic value. The industry is spiralling out of control,
and in a race to the bottom on price and safety; we’re about to pay the highest cost - we are trading
our future for quick fixes.
Why we need to act
We can be the generation that stood together on the right side of history or watch on as our world
self-destructs. There is a better way, a future that works for us all and the industry.

books provide the base. However, to stop the madness, we must act together now. Combining our
skills, connections, and energy is the only way we can save our future.
We’re just weeks away from launch. I’m now reaching out to key people and organisations who I

Humans are in awe of a technology that does useful things better, faster, and cheaper than we can,
so we’ve put the industry gurus on a pedestal.
Our gifted and talented—not billionaires—have built AI
Our education system has produced the ‘gifted and talented’ lured from academia with eye-watering
bonuses to help global corporations destroy our future for profit.
We’ve mistaken commercial success with common sense
There is no logic to the mad race to monetise AI. It’s sheer greed, driven by tech billionaires who are
only focused on their selfish goals. They have even duped governments who have let them police
themselves - I don’t mean rules to fine them after the event, but the free licence we have given them
to play god with our world.
The technology is complex
The AI industry controls the speed, language and communication. Its move-fast and break-things
reckless approach, combined with multiple brands, platforms, technologies, initialisms, jargon, and
benchmarks, all adds to the chaos.
Pointless arguments hide the damage
As the industry endlessly debates AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)—what it is and when it could be
here—they have no moral concerns about trashing human careers or the consequences of AI taking
hundreds of millions of jobs over the next few years. Jobs that are never coming back. No one is
dicussing that. That is not a topic in AI’s boardrooms, shareholder meetings or governments. Half the
world voted in 2024 elections, but how we solve humanity’s greatest ever challenge was never
debated.
Bullies exploit misplaced trust
Knowing how shiny tools bedazzle us, tech giants have, without discussion, added AI coaches to our
phones, and like lambs to slaughter, we’re now engaging daily with bots masquerading as our new
best friends.
These AI assistants are a key pillar in establishing the new order. These bots are double agents.
Their job is to fulfil our every whim while increasing our dependence and dumbing us down.
But it’s more sinister than that. These billions of one-to-bot relationships are subtly changing our
perspective. Quietly sewing the seed that as AI can do our jobs better and cheaper than we can, we
have no choice but to move aside.

We’ve always had options. We could follow our dreams,
no matter how big; we could imagine success, whatever
form that took: having a career, building a home, having a
family, taking care of our kids.
But the current AI strategy puts a line through that for us
and every future generation. When AI can do everything,
that closes down everything, including hopes and
dreams.
It’s the knockback that few of us want. The day you realise
your career has run out of road. Redundancy hits but
there was always options - a light at the end of the tunnel.
You could always retrain and do something else. Look
around your friendship group, or family friends. There will
always be a Bob who used to be a teacher but he’s now a
copywriter or Rosie who retrained after having the kids to
be an accountant.
As beautiful as any wedding day can be, a lifelong
partnership has many twists, turns amd setbacks. At the
top of the list are money worries and having a family.
They compound each other. If one partner stops working
to look after the kids and the other loses their job to AI
there is no escape.
But life is not just for the moment. It’s about planning for a
better future. Being able to move to a bigger home be
that rented or bought. A holiday, not just the going but
looking forward to it. If AI takes jobs in big numbers all the
things that we take for granted will disappear. No matter
how well we do there will fewer opportunities for
promotion or moving elsewhere for a bigger challenge.
AI will cut off the options and destroy opportunities which
is why we can’t let this happen.

what they are doing. Their salvation up until now is society

1. Automating human output isn’t working for AI companies
Broader society don‘t like paying when they can get things for free: A prime example is Sora. Three months
after Open AI announced its extraordinary text-to-video platform In March 2024—we had open-source and
commercial products as cheap as chips. In December 14th 2024. Open AI released its update Sora Turbo. For
an extra $200 a month, Chat GPT Premier members ($20pm) can create outstandng unlimited high quality
(1080p resolution) 20 second video clips. A week later Google launched an arguably better free version Veo2,
Co-pilots are not increasing productivity: They make tasks easier for users but haven’t produced
productivity leaps. Only assembly lines and relentless monitoring increase human output, but neither work in
service industries—knowledge workers don’t think well under pressure.
2. The only soution is to replace workers
Autonomous Super Intelligent Digital Humans—SIDHus (sid-dooz) will remove the bottleneck and give the
AI industry a one way ticket to riches. Unlike consumers, businesses will commit to contracts if it works and

3. Super intelligence is here
Ignore what the industry is saying about plateaus. AI is already way ahead of most of us and according to
Open AI CEO Sam Altman, Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)—PhD-level intelligence in every subject,
language and coding—is coming in 2025. Mustafa Suleyman, author of The Coming Wave—now CEO of
Microsoft’s AI—predicts this next generation AI will have an IQ of around 1500. An intelligence with reasoning
that mimics our appearance, behavioiur and traits, works faster, more consistently and at a fraction of the price.

student loan. In a digital desert, qualifications and
experience are worthless.
The tech industry talks up how AI will transform
education. They are either stupid or are taking us as fools.
Studying and gaining qualifications takes commitment. If
there is no benefit—it doesn’t help us build a future—
what is the point? AI can tell us all we need to know.

How AGI’s acceleration increases the threat
When Goldman Sachs predicted 300 million jobs would be lost to Al by 2030, AGI (Artificial General
Intelligence) wasn’t due until the mid 2030s. It’s now due to arrive in 2025, And what’s coming isn’t just
superfast intellect. It’s fully functionaing SIDHus - Super Intelligent Digital Humans who look like us,
communicate like us but reason and plan to a completely different level. They then delegate tasks to other AIs
to deliver and consistently report back. This is way beyond the intelligence we believed would be here by
2030. Unless we act now jobs will go in huge numbers in 2025 and 2026.
300 millions lost jobs is a huge number: It’s ten times the jobs lost in the worst recessions in history. The 1929
Great Depression, the 2008 crash and the global pandemic. I It’s equivalent to to Amazon, the worlds largerst
retailer losing all its 310 million active customers. It’s four times the total lives lost in both world wars.
But don’t get carried away with the word global; According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) it’s the
advanced economies that are most under threat from Al. A January 2024 analysis suggested that Al may
impact up to 60% of jobs. These intial waves will impact those who think for a living, creatives, and all those
working in the service industries. In the UK and the US over 75% of our workforce are employed in the service
industry.
What does this mean? The IMF’s own figures show the West’s advanced economy’s contribution see the
image below. The US, the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand account for 34.4% of the world’s
GDP.

Aesop’s fable of killing the golden goose has never been
more relevant. Destroying humanity’s future for profit is an
undescribable act of greed over logic. AI doesn’t buy
products or services or contribute to the economy.
Replacing humans in the workforce will slash government
tax revenues, meaning there will be no funds to support
services, fund pensions, the transition to this new world
order or fight climate change.
When you’ve no money coming in, jobs are going and
businesses failing, you don’t spend. You don’t buy the
latest car on a contract, you buy one you can afford. You
don’t go on holiday. and cut down on eating out. You keep
the moeny you have just in case the worst happens.
